- تُعد شركة غراس الخيرات من الشركات السعودية الرائدة والمتخصصة في زراعة التمور عالية الجودة. تقع الشركة في المملكة العربية السعودية، وتدير أكبر مزرعة لتمور المجهول في الشرق الأوسط، بمساحة تمتد إلى 35 مليون متر مربع وتضم أكثر من 300 ألف نخلة. وقد تجاوز إنتاج الشركة مليوني كيلوجرام من التمور خلال عام 2022.
- تلتزم غراس الخيرات بممارسات الزراعة المستدامة، وتطبق المبادئ العضوية لإنتاج منتجات طبيعية وصحية. كما تقوم بتصدير منتجاتها إلى عدة دول من بينها الصين والهند وأستراليا، بما يتماشى مع رؤية المملكة 2030 لتعزيز الحضور العالمي والمساهمة في التنمية الوطنية.
- وتتميز مزارع الشركة بتنوع أصناف التمور، بما يشمل تمور المجهول الشهيرة، ودقلة نور، والخلاص، والسكري، والصقعي.
- المهام والمسؤوليات:
- تطبيق ومتابعة أنظمة سلامة الغذاء والجودة (HACCP، GMP، ISO)
- فحص المواد الخام والمنتجات النهائية عبر مراحل الإنتاج كافة
- ضمان الامتثال التام لاشتراطات هيئة الغذاء والدواء (SFDA)
- الإشراف على إجراءات الاختبار والفحص الدوري
- متابعة ظروف التخزين ومعايير النظافة والسلامة
- إعداد تقارير الجودة الدورية وتحليل الانحرافات
- التحقيق في شكاوى العملاء وتحديد الأسباب الجذرية ومعالجتها
- تنسيق عمليات التدقيق الداخلي والخارجي والتفتيش التنظيمي
- المساهمة في مبادرات التحسين المستمر للحد من الهدر وتعزيز جودة المنتج
- المؤهلات والمتطلبات:
- بكالوريوس في علوم الأغذية أو هندسة الأغذية أو الهندسة الصناعية أو ما يعادلها
- خبرة من سنتين إلى 3 سنوات في مصانع التمور أو الإنتاج الغذائي
- خبرة عملية في تطبيق أنظمة الجودة داخل مصانع سعودية
- معرفة بمعايير الجودة التصديرية
- إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية كتابةً وتحدثاً
- مهارات تحليلية وقدرة عالية على إعداد التقارير

As home to the largest Medjool farm in the Middle East, spanning 35 million square meters with over 300,000 palm trees, the company produced 2 million kilograms of dates in 2022, with plans to reach 5 million kilograms by 2027.
Gheras Alkhairat operates sustainably, adhering to organic farming practices to ensure health-conscious and natural cultivation.
Aligned with Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030, the company exports its products to markets in countries such as China, India, Egypt, Morocco, the UAE, and Australia.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor food safety and quality systems (HACCP, GMP, ISO).
- Inspect raw materials and finished products throughout production stages.
- Ensure compliance with Saudi Food & Drug Authority (SFDA) regulations.
- Supervise quality testing and inspection procedures.
- Monitor proper storage conditions and hygiene standards.
- Prepare periodic quality reports and analyze deviations.
- Investigate customer complaints and identify root causes.
- Coordinate internal and external audits and regulatory inspections.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste and enhance product quality.
& Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in dates manufacturing or food production factories.
- Practical experience with quality systems in Saudi-based factories.
- Knowledge of export quality standards.
- Good command of English (written and spoken).
- Strong analytical and reporting skill
