Required Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electronics, Industrial, or Chemical Engineering; Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering preferred.
  • More than 7 years of experience in a similar quality role, including experience leading a team.

Technical Skills

  • Knowledge of ISO 9001 and IATF16949 standards, Quality Management Systems, and the Toyota Production System (TPS). Certifications: Six Sigma certification preferred. Soft Skills: Strong leadership, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration abilities. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Knowledge of manufacturing processes Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing Knowledge of Six Sigma Minitab SAP / ERP Microsoft Office Equipment Operated Quality inspection and measurement equipment. Microsoft 365 applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams). Statistical analysis, SAP, and Quality Management System (QMS) software. Standard office equipment and communication tools.
