Quality Manager
About This Role
Our Client: Is a well-established FMCG manufacturing business operating in the food and beverage space, with a strong regional footprint and a legacy brand presence across the Middle East.
Your Role: As Quality Manager, you will be responsible for owning end-to-end quality across manufacturing and supply chain operations.
This role goes beyond compliance. You will ensure that product quality, food safety, and operational standards are consistently delivered from factory to market, while driving continuous improvement across systems, processes, and teams.
You will work closely with manufacturing, supply chain, and commercial teams to embed a strong quality culture and ensure that standards are not just defined but executed on the ground.
Must Have:
- 6-12+ years of experience in FMCG / food / beverage manufacturing
- Strong plant-level quality experience with hands-on exposure to production environments
- Proven experience managing quality systems and certifications (ISO, FSSC, HACCP, BRC or equivalent)
- Demonstrated ability to lead audits (internal and external) and ensure compliance across operations
- Experience handling end-to-end quality including:
- Factory quality
- Supplier/vendor quality
- Customer complaints and market feedback loops
- Strong exposure to process improvement tools (CAPA, root cause analysis, continuous improvement)
- Experience managing and developing quality teams and working cross-functionally with operations and supply chain
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and make decisions under pressure
