Incoming Material Inspection & Management
- Inspection of incoming raw materials, packaging materials, and components against approved specifications
- Maintain inspection records and report non-conforming materials
- Ensure proper control, storage, preservation, and replacement of approved artworks
Finished Goods Inspection & Testing
- In-process and finished goods inspections during production
- Visual, dimensional, and functional testing as per approved sampling plans and inspection frequencies
- Identification, segregation, and reporting of non-conforming products
Line Clearance
- Line clearance before production start-up and product changeovers
- Document inspection and test results in real time
Validation Support
- Collection of validation samples as per approved protocols
- Inspections and testing of validation samples
- Result analysis and creation of validation reports
What makes you great
- Education background from Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or plastic technology
- Prior experience is not mandatory
