Role Overview:
We are urgently for an experienced and detail-oriented Quality & Food Hygiene Officer to oversee food safety compliance across our central kitchen, catering operations, B2B production, and restaurant outlets.
Key Responsibilities:
· Implement, monitor, and maintain HACCP systems across all facilities
· Ensure compliance with ISO food safety standards (ISO 22000 or equivalent)
· Conduct internal audits, inspections, and corrective action follow-ups
· Manage food safety documentation, records, and reporting
· Support external audits and regulatory inspections
· Deliver food safety training and awareness programs for staff
· Monitor hygiene, sanitation, and operational best practices across locations
· Collaborate with production, operations, and management teams to maintain quality standards
Requirements:
· Degree or diploma in Food Science, Food Safety, Microbiology, or related field
· Certified in HACCP (mandatory)
· Experience with ISO food safety management systems and audit processes
· Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in food manufacturing, central kitchen, or multi-unit F&B operations
· Strong knowledge of UAE food safety regulations
· Excellent attention to detail and reporting skills
