About This Role
PRODUCTION MANAGER – BAKERY YAMANOTE ATELIER
Yamanote Atelier, a Dubai-born Japanese bakery & café, is looking for an experienced Production Manager – Bakery to lead our Bakery production operations.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Proven bakery production management experience.
* Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
* Knowledge of HACCP/food safety standards.
* Ability to manage high-volume production with attention to detail.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Oversee daily bakery production and ensure quality, consistency, and efficiency.
* Maintain strict food safety & hygiene standards (HACCP compliance).
* Manage inventory, control costs, and minimize waste.
* Lead, train, and motivate the production team.
* Collaborate on new product development and process improvements.
* Ensure proper maintenance of bakery equipment.
