Responsibilities

• Monitor construction activities and conduct inspections of civil and construction works.
• Check materials, workmanship, completed works, approved drawings, and specifications.
• Implement quality control procedures and inspection plans.
• Review material test certificates and inspection reports.
• Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, subcontractors, consultants, laboratories, and third-party agencies.
• Identify non-conformities, ensure corrective action, and monitor NCR closure.
• Maintain quality checklists, inspection records, test reports, and periodic quality reports.
• Conduct site quality inspections and audits and support quality throughout project execution.
• Ensure compliance with applicable quality and company standards.

Requirements

• Diploma, B.E., or B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in construction QC or QA.
• Strong knowledge of construction quality control, inspection procedures, materials, and workmanship.
• Ability to interpret civil drawings and specifications.
• Experience with quality documentation and reporting.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, communication, and coordination abilities.
• Willingness to work at project or site locations.

Compensation

• Pay is listed as ₹30,000 to ₹39,439.72 per month.
• Salary is also described as negotiable based on experience, skills, and interview performance.
