Assistant Civil Engineer

Role Overview

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily civil construction activities and monitor progress against project schedules.
• Ensure construction follows approved drawings, specifications, safety standards, and company procedures.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, contractors, subcontractors, clients, consultants, and internal teams.
• Monitor manpower, materials, equipment, and other site resources.
• Conduct quality inspections and resolve technical or site-related issues.
• Verify measurements, quantities, completed works, delays, deviations, and execution issues.
• Prepare daily and weekly progress reports and maintain site records and documentation.
• Assist with planning, execution, project coordination, and day-to-day site team management.

Requirements

• Diploma, B.E., or B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• At least six years of relevant experience in civil construction or site execution.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes and site supervision.
• Ability to read and interpret civil drawings.
• Knowledge of measurements, quantities, and construction documentation.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel and relevant construction software.
• Strong communication, coordination, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to work at project or site locations as required.

Compensation

• Pay is ₹25,000 to ₹45,796.36 per month.
• Salary is discussed and finalized based on experience, skills, and interview performance.

Workplace

• Work location is in person at project or site locations.
