Junior Site Engineer (Civil)

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily construction site activities and supervise assigned civil works.
• Track progress against schedules and coordinate with supervisors, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Ensure work follows approved drawings and specifications; conduct quality checks and report deviations.
• Monitor manpower, materials, and equipment; assist with measurements and quantity calculations.
• Prepare daily site reports and records; coordinate with Senior Engineers and Project Managers.
• Report site issues, delays, and execution challenges; follow safety requirements and company procedures.
• Support the project team in completing assigned construction activities.

Requirements

• Diploma, B.E., or B.Tech in Civil Engineering; Bachelor's degree is separately listed as preferred.
• At least 1 year of relevant civil construction experience; another posting detail states 3 years of total work experience required.
• Basic knowledge of construction activities and site execution, and ability to read and understand civil drawings.
• Basic MS Excel and documentation skills; good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team; willing to work at project/site locations and travel up to 25%.
• Day-shift availability is required.

Compensation
