- Recognised Engineering Qualification ONC/BTEC/C&G/HNC/HND (or higher required) - Multi discipline non-destructive testing training - Visual Weld Inspection - Welding Institute Course - Responsible welding co-ordinator (desirable) - NVQ Level 3 Leadership & Management (desirable) - ISO:9001:2015 Internal Auditor - ISO9001:2015 Lead Auditor - CCCNSG / HS&E MAPS - Managers and Professionals Test (required) - Lean or Six Sigma (desirable) - HPC Site Induction (desirable) What are we looking for?
- Chartered Quality status - Pre-heat & PWHT knowledge - Nuclear systems knowledge - Six Sigma/Lean/EFQM knowledge - QA Engineering experience - FIDIC/NEC3 contract knowledge - Project management knowledge - Multi-project management experience - Process improvement experience - Lead Auditor - Investigation & problem-solving skills - Advanced MS Office skills - Welding knowledge - Fabrication knowledge - Installation knowledge - Multinational team experience - Regulated industry experience - ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 knowledge Behaviour Skills: - Questioning mindset - Teamworking skills - Able to work independently - Organised with attention to detail - Leadership skills - Strong communication & influencing skills - Team player with can-do attitude - Ownership and problem-solving skills - Results-focused, meets deadlines - Logical thinker - Maintains confidentiality For this role you must have evidence of right to work in the UK.
