Knowledge & Skills
- Good knowledge and understanding of UK regulatory requirements and nuclear site licence compliance. Ability to identify key internal and external stakeholders and decision makers, to influence delivery to the right quality on time across the project and wider SZC organisation Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to develop a wide network across the business at all levels and build trust-based relationships across SZC, HPC, EDF Energy and the wider construction industry. Ability to work independently and be proactive, recognising issues ahead of time and finding innovative solutions to unforeseen obstacles. Demonstrable experience of problem-solving skills in technical topics. Desirable Knowledge of ONR Nuclear Site Licence Conditions Application of ONR flexible permissioning arrangements on a nuclear licensed site Qualifications & Experience Experience of managing delivery in a matrix management organisation. Proven track record of delivering within a large project. Experience of working within highly regulated environment (preferable Nuclear License Site experience) Desirable University degree and/or equivalent qualification required, technical subject preferred.
