Meetings and action tracking: Coordinate stakeholder and planning meetings, prepare agendas and supporting information, record decisions and maintain action trackers. Follow up owners and due dates to ensure commitments are completed. Risk and issue management: Maintain visibility of delivery risks, issues and dependencies, working with the relevant owners to agree mitigations and escalating concerns that could affect timescales, quality or stakeholder commitments. Supplier and internal liaison: Coordinate with external training providers and internal teams to confirm requirements, availability, documentation and delivery arrangements, ensuring stakeholders receive consistent information.
