Overview
***Job Summary:***
We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Controller to ensure that products, materials, and processes meet required quality standards before reaching customers or moving to the next stage of production.
The ideal candidate should have strong observation skills, knowledge of quality standards, and experience in inspection and compliance processes.
***Key Responsibilities:***
Inspect incoming materials, in-process items, and finished products for quality compliance
Ensure products meet company standards, specifications, and customer requirements
Identify defects, non-conformities, and report deviations
Conduct routine quality checks and audits at various stages of production/operations
Maintain detailed inspection records and quality reports
Coordinate with production, warehouse, and procurement teams for quality issues
Suggest corrective and preventive actions to improve quality standards
Ensure compliance with ISO or other relevant quality standards (if applicable)
Monitor packaging, labeling, and storage conditions for quality assurance
Support internal and external audits when required
***Required Skills & Qualifications:***
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Quality Control, Engineering, or related field
2–5 years of experience in quality inspection or quality assurance
Strong understanding of quality control procedures and standards
Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
Ability to read technical specifications and drawings (if applicable)
Good communication and reporting skills
Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting tools
***Preferred Qualifications:***
UAE/GCC experience preferred
Experience
in manufacturing, construction, FMCG, or distribution industry
Knowledge of ISO standards or quality management systems
