Overview
We are hiring a strict and detail-oriented
Quality Food Controller
to manage the intake and safety of raw materials within our
factory cold storage facility
.
You will be directly responsible for enforcing rigorous hygiene standards and ensuring full compliance with cold chain protocols.
This is for Ice cream- baking products- desserts setting.
• Raw Material Inspection
Validate the quality, temperature, and supplier documentation for all incoming raw ingredients.
• Cold Storage Control
Monitor freezer and chiller temperatures daily; strictly enforce FIFO/FEFO inventory rules.
• Hygiene & Safety
- Implement and monitor strict sanitation protocols and GMP compliance in refrigerated zones to prevent cross-contamination.
- Non-Conformance:
- Tag, isolate, and reject any temperature-abused or substandard raw materials.
