Quality Control Supervisor

Lead and supervise the quality control team, ensuring adherence to established quality standards and procedures.

Conduct regular inspections of precast concrete products throughout the manufacturing process to identify defects and deviations from specifications.

Develop and implement quality assurance measures to prevent defects and ensure the consistency and reliability of our products.

Collaborate with production and engineering teams to address quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.

Maintain accurate records of quality control activities, including inspection reports, test results, and non-conformance reports.

Train and mentor quality control technicians to enhance their skills and competencies.

Coordinate with external quality auditors and regulatory agencies to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality control processes and optimize product quality and performance.

Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality control or quality assurance, preferably in the precast concrete industry.

Strong knowledge of quality control principles, practices, and techniques.

Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to precast concrete manufacturing.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and quality management software.
