Quality Control Manager
- يقود معايير الجودة والسلامة الغذائية عبر جميع فروعنا، ويضمن تقديم تجربة متسقة وآمنة وعالية المستوى في كل زيارة.
- **المسؤوليات الرئيسية**
- تطوير وتطبيق أنظمة
- سلامة الغذاء والجودة
- في جميع الفروع
- الإشراف على تطبيق معايير
Haccp
- داخل المطابخ والفروع
- تنفيذ جولات تفتيش دورية ومفاجئة على الفروع
- مراقبة جودة المواد الخام (خصوصًا المأكولات البحرية) من الاستلام حتى التقديم
- تحليل شكاوى العملاء المرتبطة بالجودة واتخاذ إجراءات تصحيحية
- تدريب فرق العمل (مطبخ / تشغيل) على معايير النظافة والسلامة
- ضمان الالتزام باشتراطات الجهات الرقابية المحلية
- إعداد تقارير الأداء ورفعها للإدارة العليا
- **المؤهلات المطلوبة**
- بكالوريوس في علوم الأغذية أو مجال ذو صلة
- خبرة في
- مطاعم أو سلاسل غذائية
- (شرط مهم)
- معرفة قوية بأنظمة
Haccp
- ومعايير السلامة الغذائية
- خبرة في إدارة الجودة عبر عدة فروع (Multi-branch operations)
- إجادة العربية والإنجليزية
- **المهارات الأساسية**
- دقة عالية وملاحظة التفاصيل

- القدرة على العمل الميداني (زيارات مستمرة للفروع)
