Quality Control Senior Supervisor — H145 Helicopter MRO Project

The Quality Control Senior Supervisor will support a major H145 helicopter maintenance, repair and operations program in Saudi Arabia. The position is dedicated to ensuring that all aircraft maintenance, inspections, technical documentation, tooling control, defect rectification, and release-related activities are performed in accordance with approved aviation standards, OEM technical publications, customer procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements.

The role is focused on rotary-wing maintenance quality control, with particular relevance to the Airbus H145 platform, including airframe, powerplant, avionics, mission equipment, maintenance records, continuing airworthiness documentation, and safety-critical inspection activities.

The successful candidate will act as a senior quality control authority within the maintenance organization, supervising QC personnel, verifying maintenance compliance, reviewing technical records, supporting audits, controlling non-conformities, and ensuring that all maintenance outputs meet the required safety, quality, and airworthiness standards.

The Quality Control Senior Supervisor will oversee and coordinate quality control activities across H145 maintenance operations, ensuring that all inspection and maintenance tasks are completed in compliance with approved maintenance data, technical manuals, work orders, quality procedures, and applicable aviation regulations.

The role includes supervising incoming, in-process, and final inspections on H145 helicopters, aircraft systems, components, tools, equipment, and maintenance documentation.

The supervisor will ensure that maintenance tasks are correctly performed, properly recorded, and supported by the necessary certifications, inspection stamps, technical references, and traceability records.

The position requires close coordination with maintenance supervisors, B1/B2 technicians, instructors, CAMO/airworthiness personnel, logistics, tooling, safety, and customer representatives.

The supervisor will review work packs, aircraft technical logs, defect reports, component history, calibration records, inspection sheets, and maintenance release documentation to confirm accuracy and completeness.

The Quality Control Senior Supervisor will identify quality deviations, raise and track non-conformance reports, support root-cause analysis, recommend corrective and preventive actions, and verify the effective closure of quality findings.

The role will also support internal audits, customer audits, regulatory inspections, FOD prevention programs, human factors awareness, safety reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.

The position is expected to provide senior-level technical judgment in relation to maintenance quality, inspection standards, airworthiness risk, documentation compliance, and maintenance process discipline.

The supervisor will also mentor junior QC inspectors and support the development of quality awareness within the maintenance team.

and Requirements

The candidate must hold a minimum diploma in aircraft maintenance or a recognized aviation maintenance training program of at least two years.

An EASA Part-66, FAA A&P, GACA, CAA, or equivalent aircraft maintenance license is preferred, particularly for candidates with direct helicopter maintenance or inspection responsibility.

The candidate should have a minimum of five years of proven aviation maintenance experience in a military or civilian environment, including at least three years in a quality control supervisory or senior inspection role.

Previous experience on H145, EC145, BK117 family aircraft, or comparable twin-engine rotary-wing platforms is strongly preferred.

The candidate must have completed recognized Quality Control training from an approved or reputable aviation, military, OEM, MRO, or quality organization.

Additional qualifications in internal auditing, root-cause analysis, human factors, SMS, FOD prevention, ISO 9001, AS9110, or aviation quality management would be considered an advantage.
