Quality Control Inspector

We're looking for a detail-oriented QC Inspector to join our Quality team and ensure every incoming material meets our strict quality standards from receipt to dispatch.

What you'll be responsible for:

✅ Inspect incoming materials against PO/delivery notes using AQL sampling standards

✅ Segregate conforming from non-conforming products immediately

✅ Ensure proper storage conditions (temp, humidity, cleanliness)

✅ Verify packaging integrity and expiry dates before dispatch

✅ Apply FIFO principles and monitor warehouse hygiene

✅ Tag, isolate & manage rejected/quarantined materials

✅ Record inspection results in logs, Excel, or ERP system

✅ Prepare daily/weekly quality reports and retain product samples.

What we're looking for:

1.

Bachelor's degree — scientific background preferred.

2. 1–3 years of experience in Medical Devices or Pharmaceuticals.

3.

Analytical thinking & risk-based mindset.

4.

Strong reporting, communication & data management skills.

5.

Quality focused with solid technical understanding.
