Overview
We are looking for an experienced Quality Controller (QC) for our Dental Laboratory to ensure all dental restorations meet the highest standards of quality, accuracy, and aesthetics before delivery to clinics and dentists.
The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge of dental lab procedures and materials, with a keen eye for detail and quality compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect and verify the quality of dental prosthetics including: Crowns, bridges, veneers, inlays/onlays, Zirconia, E-max, PFM, metal, implant and acrylic works
- Ensure restorations meet prescription requirements provided by dentists
- Check: Margins, occlusion, contacts, shade matching, anatomy, and finishing
- Identify defects and coordinate corrections with technicians
- Ensure compliance with lab quality standards and workflows
- Maintain quality control records and documentation
- Reduce remakes and improve overall production quality
- Communicate effectively with lab technicians and supervisors
- Ensure proper handling, labeling, and final packing of cases
Requirements
- DHA (mandatory)
- Minimum 2–5 years experience in a dental laboratory
