Key Responsibilities
- Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and direct inquiries appropriately
- Schedule and confirm appointments using our practice management system
- Maintain patient records, files, and database entries
- Process incoming and outgoing lab orders
- Prepare and distribute correspondence and office communications
- Coordinate with dental technicians and office staff as needed
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned

Qualifications
- Previous experience in dental lab or medical reception preferred
- Strong customer service skills and professional phone etiquette
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and scheduling software
