Recruitment is on behalf of a Saudi Arabia manufacturer of HDPE and pre-insulated piping systems, fittings, valves, and infrastructure solutions.
The role supports quality across infrastructure, water, utility, and district cooling projects.
Key requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
- Minimum three years of QA/QC experience in manufacturing or industrial environments.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 QMS and ISO 45001 OHSMS.
- Experience with product approvals, certifications, audits, and quality documentation.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
- IRCA Certified ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor is preferred.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and continuously improve Quality Management and Occupational Health & Safety Management Systems.
- Prepare and manage SOPs, ITPs, Quality Plans, Method Statements, and quality documentation.
- Review inspection records for raw materials and finished products against project specifications and applicable standards.
- Conduct internal audits, risk assessments, management reviews, and training programmes.
- Coordinate external audits and certifications, including ISO, SASO, NSF, FM, NWC, and Aramco approvals.
- Support product testing, third-party inspections, and customer approval processes.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, certification bodies, production teams, and sales teams on quality and compliance.
- Monitor laboratory testing activities and calibration schedules across manufacturing operations.
