QA/QC Engineer
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Salary up to AED 12,000
About the role
We are seeking a QA/QC Engineer with experience in construction projects to ensure all site activities comply with quality standards, specifications, and approved drawings.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain QA/QC procedures on site
- Prepare and review ITPs (Inspection Test Plans) and Method Statements
- Conduct site inspections and raise WIR/MIR
- Monitor material testing (concrete, steel, soil, etc.)
- Identify and report non-conformances (NCRs) and follow up on corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with project specifications and ISO standards
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and site teams for inspections
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- 3–8 years of QA/QC experience in construction projects
- Strong knowledge of construction materials and testing standards
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 and QA/QC processes
- Experience in residential/commercial/infrastructure projects preferred
