Responsibilities
- Develop standardized production, quality, and customer-service standards.
- Identify potential risks through root cause analysis and preventive action.
- Conduct internal and external quality audits and compile detailed reports of findings.
- Build the team through coaching, mentoring, training, and performance evaluations.
Qualifications
- UAE/MOFA-attested bachelor's degree is required.
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience.
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
