Join the EFE Billing, Funding, and Payment Processing team as a Testing Analyst.
Support quality assurance activities for payment-related systems.
What You'll Own
- Automate testing processes and create high-level regression test scripts.
- Design comprehensive test plans.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose technical problems through closure.
- Investigate, report, and retest defects and bugs after fixes in Rally and Jira.
- Provide regular progress and status reports.
- Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Manage testing projects from requirements gathering through scenario design, test analysis, and detailed recommendations.
- Work with development and QA colleagues to create and maintain process measurements.
What You Bring
- Bring 3-5 years of software testing experience focused on functional testing and test documentation.
- Have at least 3 years of automation and SQL experience for data analysis and testing.
- Demonstrate SDLC and STLC expertise, including planning, case design, estimation, automation, execution, defect management, reporting, and review.
- Use tools including Jira, Rally, Jenkins, and Git.
- Communicate technical and non-technical issues clearly.
- Apply strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and rapid learning.
- Work effectively with distributed virtual teams.
Additional Consideration
- Agile working-practice experience is an advantage.
- Financial services practices, regulations, and process knowledge is an advantage.
- Knowledge of generative AI platforms such as GitHub Copilot is an advantage.
- SOAP and REST API automation knowledge, including Swagger and Postman, is desirable.
