About This Role
๐ Location: Dubai
๐ Contract: 1 year (on TASC payroll)
๐ฐ Salary: AED 5,000 โ 6,000
๐ฃ Language: Arabic (Mandatory)
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and evaluate customer service interactions (calls, chats, emails)
- Ensure quality standards are met across all customer service verticals
- Provide feedback, coaching insights, and performance reports
- Identify gaps and recommend process improvements
- Maintain quality scorecards and documentation
Requirements:
โ Arabic speaker (mandatory)
โ Experience in call center quality / QA roles
โ Background in e-commerce customer service
โ Strong analytical and communication skills
โ Attention to detail and ability to provide constructive feedback
๐ Ideal for candidates currently working in QA within contact centers handling e-commerce operations
