About This Role
We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Quantity Surveyor (QS Engineer) to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge in cost estimation, quantity take-offs, and project budgeting for construction projects.
Requirements:
* Certification in G+1 / G+4 construction projects is mandatory
* Proven experience as a QS Engineer in the construction field
* Strong understanding of contract administration and cost control
* Ability to prepare BOQs, reports, and project documentation
* Good communication and coordination skills
Joining: Immediate
