About This Role

We Are Hiring: MEP QS Engineer (High-Rise Projects)

We are looking for a qualified MEP Quantity Surveyor with at least 5 years of experience in construction companies, specifically in high-rise building projects.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as MEP QS in construction companies
  • Strong experience in high-rise building projects
  • Expertise in quantity take-offs, cost estimation, and contract management
  • Good knowledge of MEP systems and project coordination
  • Ability to handle variations, claims, and subcontractor evaluations

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare BOQs and quantity take-offs for MEP works
  • Monitor project costs and budgets
  • Review drawings and specifications
  • Manage variations and claims
  • Coordinate with site and project teams

Job Type: Contract

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
