Responsibilities
- About you:
- You will be an early to mid-career engineer with a strong interest in mechanical product design, engineering change management and project coordination. You will be comfortable working across multiple teams and have the ability to turn technical information into clear actions and decisions.
- You will be able to communicate effectively with multiple team members and stakeholders. You will have a structured and detail-oriented approach to your work, with a strong focus on documentation practices.
- To be successful in this role you will need the following:
- A bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related STEM discipline.
- Exposure to an engineering, manufacturing, product development, or technical services environment through internships, work placements, co-op programs, or early-career employment.
- An interest in product design, engineering change processes, and project coordination.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Exposure to CAD, PLM, ERP, or other engineering systems and tools is highly regarded
