Responsibilities
- To be successful in this role you will need the following:
- Quality & Measurement Expertise - Apply metrology principles, measurement science, and quality tools such as APQP, FMEA, PPAP, SPC, inspections, and capability studies to ensure accurate results and product quality.
- Strong Technical & Computer Skills - effectively utilize laboratory systems, measurement equipment, and computer applications while maintaining a willingness to spend time on the shop floor supporting operations.
- Collaboration & Communication - Build strong partnerships across teams, communicate technical information clearly, and work effectively with customers and stakeholders to achieve shared objectives.
- Sound Decision-Making & Resourcefulness - make timely, data-driven decisions, solve problems proactively, and efficiently utilize available resources to support quality and operational goals.
- Leadership & Customer Focus-Demonstrate customer -centric thinking, value diverse perspectives, manage conflict professionally, and support laboratory operations while ensuring compliance with certification and accreditation requirements.
- Education, Licenses, Certifications: High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations. This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
