Responsibilities
- To be successful in this role, you will need the following:
- Communication Skills by effectively collaborating with team members and presenting information in a clear and professional manner.

- Analytical Thinking by interpreting data and using insights to support operational decision-making.
- Microsoft Office Proficiency with experience using Excel, PowerPoint, and Word for analysis, reporting, and presentations.
- Organization & Time Management by balancing multiple responsibilities and meeting project deadlines.
- Adaptability & Initiative by demonstrating curiosity, learning quickly, and contributing in a fast-paced environment.
- Teamwork & Professionalism through strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to collaboration.
- Education:
- Actively pursuing a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Ph.D. degree in Industrial Engineering.
- Students pursuing a related program with an emphasis in Operations may also be considered.
- Must be enrolled in an accredited degree program during the duration of the assignment.
Experience:
- Prior internship, co-op, project, research, leadership, or extracurricular experience is preferred but not required.
- Experience using Microsoft Office applications is preferred.
- Exposure to manufacturing, operations, lean principles, process improvement, or data analysis is a plus.
