Overview
- Implement, maintain, and continuously improve the organization’s Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE) management systems, policies, procedures, and standards.
- Ensure compliance with applicable QHSE regulations, legal requirements, company policies, and industry best practices.
- Conduct workplace inspections, risk assessments, hazard identification, and recommend effective corrective and preventive actions.
- Support the implementation and maintenance of ISO management systems including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.
- Conduct internal audits, prepare audit reports, follow up on non-conformities, and ensure timely closure of corrective actions.
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, identify root causes, and implement improvement actions to prevent recurrence.
- Monitor workplace activities to ensure employees, contractors, and vendors comply with approved QHSE standards and safe working practices.
- Develop and deliver QHSE awareness sessions, toolbox talks, and employee training programs.
- Ensure emergency response procedures, fire drills, inspections, and safety checks are effectively implemented and recorded.
- Maintain QHSE documentation, records, statistics, and prepare periodic performance reports for management review.
- Promote a positive safety culture and support continuous improvement initiatives across all business operations.
