We are seeking a qualified and proactive QHSE Officer to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and maintaining Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) management systems, ensuring compliance with UAE regulations and company standards.

We are seeking a qualified and proactive QHSE Officer to join our team in Abu Dhabi.
The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and maintaining Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) management systems, ensuring compliance with UAE regulations and company standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor QHSE policies, procedures, and programs.
- Conduct workplace inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
- Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses, and prepare reports.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and international standards.
- Deliver safety inductions, toolbox talks, and awareness training.
- Maintain QHSE records, reports, and documentation.
- Monitor corrective and preventive actions to improve safety performance.
- Support ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 management systems.
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and regulatory authorities on QHSE matters.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field. Degree must be attested.
- NEBOSH IGC certification (mandatory).
- Minimum 2–5 years of QHSE experience in the UAE.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.
- Strong communication and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- UAE Driving License is a bonus.
- Indian or Filipino national preferable.
