- Inspect electrical and automated systems in aircraft-door, cabin, cockpit, crew-rest, and over-wing-exit training products.
- Test normal and emergency scenarios, simulated faults, power interruptions, communication failures, and repeatability across cycles.
Functional testing and corrective action
- Conduct inspections during panel build, wiring, integration, and commissioning, and perform pre-FAT and FAT tests.
- Maintain test evidence and snag lists, verify corrections, and close critical issues before product release.

- Assess product impact when out-of-calibration equipment has been used.
- Follow electrical isolation, lockout, verification, and PPE requirements; stop unsafe testing and report hazards.
- Monitor NCR trends, failures, first-pass yield, rework, FAT snags, supplier defects, calibration, and CAPA closure; recommend improvements.
Qualifications and experience
- A Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation and Control, Mechatronics, Automation Engineering, or a related field.
- The supplied description ends during the qualification section, so further requirements are unavailable.
