Description

As a Hostess at Al Maha Services, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service while ensuring a premium customer experience at Hamad International Airport.

Your role

includes meeting and greeting customers, providing operational support to team leads, and assisting team members with a positive and proactive attitude.

Key responsibilities

include participating in daily operations as per Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure a seamless customer experience without any operational lapses.

You will liaise with external parties to efficiently process customer requirements and plan duty allocations for Customer Service Agents during shifts.

Additionally, you will support the Airport Services Manager during flight disruptions, misconnections, and other passenger-related issues.

Maintaining an exceptional level of product knowledge to promote "Al Maha Services" and handling diverse customer inquiries are key aspects of the role.

You will also attend and actively participate in daily team briefings and proactively submit movement reports while ensuring all customer profiles are pre-processed for a seamless experience.

Requirements

To be eligible for this role, candidates must have a minimum high school level qualification and at least two years of customer service experience.

Formal education in hospitality or service-related fields is an added advantage, as is prior experience in a premium hospitality or service environment.

Strong communication skills, including excellent written and spoken English, are essential.

Applicants should be interactive and customer-service oriented, with a warm, cheerful, and expressive personality.

A focus on customer satisfaction, along with being polite, reliable, and adaptable to changing requirements, is crucial.

Candidates must be open to learning, highly trainable, and capable of performing under pressure.

Flexibility to work shifts and the ability to foster teamwork among colleagues are also required.

This is a uniformed position, and maintaining a good appearance standard is essential.
