Applicants must meet the minimum height requirement of 158 cm and adhere to flydubai’s grooming standards, which include no visible tattoos while in uniform.

Good health and the ability to pass an aero medical examination are necessary, along with confidence in water when using a flotation aid or life jacket.

Candidates must be willing to work irregular hours, including weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts, and should demonstrate enthusiasm, proactivity, and a passion for excellent service.

A respectful and adaptable attitude, the ability to work in a multicultural team environment, a safety-conscious mindset, and the capability to respond calmly and effectively to emergencies are crucial.

Additionally, applicants must possess a valid passport and be willing to relocate to Dubai, UAE.
