Description
Jetex is seeking an experienced and customer-focused F&B Attendant to join its team in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
The F&B Attendant will be responsible for preparing and serving food and beverages to guests at the terminal, ensuring the highest hospitality standards are maintained at all times.
Key Responsibilities
As an F&B Attendant, you will be responsible for checking the daily schedule for arrival and departure flights to make necessary arrangements, being present at the Bell desk or Reception to assist guests, colleagues, and visitors as needed, responding to guest requests and queries while providing a knowledgeable and efficient service, and ensuring all services are performed professionally and in line with company standards. You must be aware of all food and beverage offerings in the terminal, perform tasks such as displays, cleaning, setting up, and other general service requirements, maintain food and beverage stocks while notifying management of low inventory, and keep stations clean and clear throughout service. Additionally, you will be required to report comments, complaints, or issues to the supervisor and complete incident reports, assist team members during busy periods and breaks, complete any other duties assigned by the Line Manager, adhere to documented procedures and maintain records related to job performance, and comply with health and safety policies, exercising duty of care and following organizational guidelines.

Requirements
The successful candidate must have a high school diploma or official certification and be fluent in English.
A minimum of one year of experience in the hospitality industry in a customer-facing role is required, with a preference for those with hotel and/or F&B experience.
Candidates should have a good understanding of pantry operations, food and beverage hygiene, quality standards, and health and safety regulations.
Intermediate IT skills, including proficiency in MS Office and database management, are also necessary.
