Role overview

Testing and quality delivery

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and suites across the SDLC.
• Lead and coordinate testing activities, guide testers, and align delivery with project and service objectives.
• Maintain Jira dashboards, quality metrics, test execution reports, and test completion reports.
• Support CI/CD pipelines and embed automation and quality engineering throughout software delivery.
• Collaborate with delivery teams, suppliers, and stakeholders to resolve technical issues and improve practices.

Essential criteria

• Extensive hands-on enterprise-scale automation framework, test strategy, and quality assurance experience across the SDLC.
• Technical quality engineering leadership across Agile multidisciplinary teams, including risk-based testing and stakeholder communication.
• Extensive automation and API testing experience using tools such as Selenium, Cucumber, Postman, Bruno, SOAP UI, and JMeter.
• Strong defect management, quality reporting, test assurance, triage, trend analysis, and performance metrics experience.
• Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD and managing release, configuration, and version control processes.
