Responsibilities
- Prepare and implement the project quality plan.
- Establish, monitor, and implement project QA/QC procedures and the approved project quality plan.
- Review method statements and prepare Inspection and Test Plans, checklists, and forms.
- Obtain client approvals for quality documents as required.
- Plan and allocate QA/QC activities to team members.
- Orient and train staff, workmen, and subcontractor personnel on quality requirements.
- Coordinate quality plan implementation with site teams and subcontractors.
- Manage testing and measuring equipment calibration records.
- Identify testing laboratories and obtain approvals.
- Inspect and test incoming materials, activities, and workmanship.
- Maintain identifiable and traceable quality records.
- Prepare inspection requests and coordinate client inspections and tests to obtain clearances.
