• We’re Hiring – QA/QC Manager (large development of Prmium & Luxury Villas Project)
• We are currently expanding our team for a high-profile standalone villas development in the UAE, delivering Premium and Ultra-luxury standards where quality is not a target, it is the baseline.
• We are seeking a QA/QC Manager with proven ability to operate alongside leading developers and world-class international engineering consultants, demonstrating exceptional precision and mastery of sophisticated quality systems from mobilization to final handover.

Key Requirements

• Minimum 12–15 years of experience in construction, with a strong focus on luxury villas or high-end residential projects
• Proven leadership in QA/QC management for large-scale developments
• In-depth knowledge of ITPs, Method Statements, Material Submittals, project engagement, and NCR management
• Strong command of international standards (ISO 9001) and project quality plans (PQP)
• Experience in managing consultant/authority inspections and approvals
• Ability to implement and enforce quality culture across site and technical teams

• Detail-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to risk and defect prevention
• Experience in handover, DLP management, and closing out projects to the highest standards
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively manage teams and collaborate with stakeholders
• Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and best practices, particularly in construction and industrial sectors
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field; relevant certifications in quality management (e.g., ISO 9001, Six Sigma) are an advantage
• Experience in health, safety, and environmental compliance within industrial or construction projects
• A proactive problem-solver with attention to detail and a commitment to achieving excellence
