Role overview
Experienced QA/QC Manager sought for a major project in Qiddiyah, Saudi Arabia.
The role supports the Marketing and Tendering Team during bidding and conducts QA/QC inspections at project sites.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical QA/QC support during tender preparation and submission.
- Review tender technical requirements, specifications, quality plans, and documents.
- Conduct site inspections and quality audits to verify construction activities and materials meet approved drawings, specifications, standards, and project requirements.
- Coordinate with project teams on quality issues, solutions, and corrective actions.
- Support improvement of QA/QC procedures, inspection plans, and quality documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- At least 8 years of QA/QC experience in construction or general contracting; large-scale project experience is preferred.
- Strong understanding of construction quality standards, inspection procedures, and project specifications.
- Tender/technical proposal support and site QA/QC inspection experience are highly preferred.
- Good communication and coordination skills for working with tendering and project teams.
- Saudi Arabia work experience is preferred.
