QA/QC Inspector role in construction, contracting, and landscaping.

Key responsibilities
- Conduct routine site inspections against approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Monitor construction materials, workmanship, and ongoing site activities for quality.
- Prepare and maintain inspection reports, checklists, and quality control records.
- Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, and project teams on quality-related issues.
- Assist with reviews of Inspection Requests (IRs), Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), and method statements.
- Identify non-conformities and report quality issues to the QA/QC Engineer or Manager.
- Follow up on corrective and preventive actions to ensure project compliance.
Requirements
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
- 2–3 years of relevant QA/QC experience in construction or contracting projects.
- Basic knowledge of construction quality standards, inspection procedures, and technical drawings.
- Familiarity with inspection reports, ITPs, method statements, and non-conformance reports (NCRs).
- Good communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office.
- UAE construction experience is preferred.
