Role Overview
EGLS is hiring an ERP Business Analyst for ERP, digital transformation, and systems implementation work.
The role requires hands-on ERP experience and strong business process, requirements, testing, Excel, and reporting capabilities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, information systems, computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
- Three to five or more years of relevant experience in business analysis, ERP, digital transformation, or systems implementation.
- Hands-on experience with at least one major ERP system.
- Experience with ERP implementation or transformation projects.
- Strong business process analysis, workflow design, requirements gathering, functional documentation, UAT, and testing experience.
- Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders and ERP vendors.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced Excel and reporting or business intelligence skills.
Preferred Experience
- SQL knowledge is preferred.
- Experience with 1C, Odoo, Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, Oracle, or a similar ERP platform is highly desirable.
- Contracting, construction, engineering, landscaping, or project-based industry experience is highly preferred.

- Perform business analysis for ERP, digital transformation, and systems implementation initiatives.
- Analyze business processes and design workflows.
- Gather and document functional requirements for ERP-related solutions.
- Support user acceptance testing and other testing activities.
- Work with cross-functional stakeholders and ERP vendors during implementation or transformation projects.
- Develop reporting and business intelligence outputs using advanced Excel capabilities.
