Perfect Technical Works & Landscaping LLC is hiring a QA/QC Engineer - Landscaping in Dubai.
The role covers quality control for landscaping, construction, and external works.
Responsibilities
- Monitor quality standards at landscaping and construction sites.
- Inspect hardscape, softscape, irrigation, civil, and external works.
- Check materials and completed work against drawings and specifications.
- Prepare inspection reports and QA/QC documents; maintain records and support project handover.
- Coordinate inspections with consultants, clients, and site teams.
- Identify quality issues, follow up on corrective actions, and monitor testing, snagging, and rectification work.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Landscape Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of QA/QC experience, including landscaping, construction, or external works.
- Knowledge of site inspections and quality procedures; ability to read drawings and specifications.
- Good documentation and communication skills.
- UAE experience is preferred; a UAE driving license is an advantage.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
Location and work arrangement
- The role is based in Dubai, UAE.
- Work location is in person.
