Key responsibilities
- Perform planting, watering, pruning, trimming, weeding, fertilizing, soil preparation, and lawn maintenance.
- Maintain landscaped areas, including lawns, gardens, trees, shrubs, and flowers.
- Monitor plant health and report pests, diseases, or damaged plants; apply fertilizers and pesticides as instructed.
- Assist with irrigation system maintenance and report leaks or other issues.
- Use tools and equipment safely; maintain them in good working condition.
- Keep gardens, pathways, and work areas organized and dispose of garden waste properly.
- Follow supervisor instructions and company health, safety, and work procedures.
Requirements
- Previous gardener or landscape worker experience is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of plants, trees, shrubs, lawns, and gardening practices; able to use gardening tools and equipment.
- Knowledge of watering, pruning, planting, and fertilization techniques.
- Physically fit for outdoor work in different weather conditions; able to follow instructions and work in a team.
- Good work discipline, punctuality, and a responsible attitude.
- Tagalog is required.
