The company seeks an experienced QA/QC Engineer to maintain quality standards across landscaping, hardscape, softscape, irrigation, and external works projects.
Responsibilities
- Conduct site inspections and ensure work meets approved drawings and project specifications.
- Inspect landscaping materials, paving, planting, irrigation, drainage, and external works.
- Prepare and maintain inspection reports, ITPs, checklists, and quality records.
- Review material submittals, test reports, and method statements.
- Identify quality issues, raise NCRs, and follow up on corrective actions.
- Coordinate inspections with consultants, clients, and project teams.
- Monitor snagging, rectification, and project handover documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field and at least 5 years of relevant QA/QC experience.
- Experience in landscaping, construction, or external works.
- Knowledge of inspection procedures, ITPs, MIRs, IRs, and NCRs.
- Ability to read technical drawings and project specifications; good communication and documentation skills.
- UAE experience is preferred; a UAE driving licence is an advantage.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
