Role Overview
Creative Concrete Concepts is seeking a Civil Site Engineer specializing in QA/QC for construction work.
The role requires a graduate Civil Engineer with 5 to 8 years of construction experience.
Job Responsibilities
- Check technical designs and drawings to ensure they are followed correctly.
- Conduct on-site inspections of civil, structural, and architectural work.
- Review work procedures and material technical specifications for compliance with contract quality requirements and the implemented quality system.
- Control all QA/QC activities on the assigned project site.
- Provide technical advice and resolve issues with employers' representatives, suppliers, subcontractors, and statutory authorities.
- Check materials and work in progress for compliance with specified requirements.
- Assist the Project Manager with supervision and management of assigned construction activities.
- Evaluate and resolve construction discrepancies and problems affecting work quality.
- Conduct regular inspections and assess subcontractor work performance.
- Prepare site reports and other project paperwork.
- Prepare method statements, check sheets, forms, procedures, and Inspection and Test Plans for civil and architectural work.
- Inspect work and materials on site and prepare Work Inspection Reports.
Requirements
- Graduate Civil Engineer.
- 5 to 8 years of experience in the construction field.
- Familiarity with engineering standards and local authority requirements.
- Capability to prepare method statements, check sheets, forms, procedures, and Inspection and Test Plans.

- Work location is in person.
