Role Overview
Creative Concrete Concepts is seeking a detail-oriented BIM Specialist to join its team in Sharjah and Abu Dhabi, UAE.
The description identifies the intended role as a BIM Architect with five years of construction-field experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop detailed architectural designs for residential, commercial, and industrial projects using REVIT Architecture.
- Create and maintain BIM models for design and construction stages.
- Generate construction drawings, specifications, and design presentations using REVIT.
- Coordinate models with project teams, perform clash detection, and resolve construction conflicts.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to integrate models into project workflows.
- Keep current with REVIT developments and conduct quality checks against company standards.
Qualifications and Experience
- Five years of working experience as a BIM Architect in the construction field is required.
- Strong understanding of document management systems and processes is required.
- REVIT Architecture proficiency and excellent communication and organizational skills are required.
Work Location
- Work is in person in Sharjah, with the description also referring to projects or team coverage in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
