Role Overview
Creative Concrete Concepts is seeking a UAE-experienced Planning Engineer to join its team in Abu Dhabi.
The role focuses on construction project planning, scheduling, progress tracking, reporting, and delay analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and update project schedules using Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
- Prepare baseline programs aligned with the main contractor's master schedule.
- Prepare and update project programmes in Primavera P6.
- Issue weekly look-ahead schedules and track site progress.
- Prepare progress reports, S-curves, and manpower histograms.
- Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports for management and client submission.
- Maintain delay and disruption records and prepare extension-of-time claims with supporting evidence.
- Attend progress meetings with the main contractor and consultant.
Requirements
- 4–5 years of relevant experience in project planning, scheduling, or project controls within the construction sector.
- Strong Primavera P6 and Excel skills.
- Familiarity with FIDIC-based delay analysis and extension-of-time substantiation.
- Availability to work full-time on site in Abu Dhabi.
- UAE construction experience.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 1.00 per month.

- The position is in person and requires full-time work on site in Abu Dhabi.
