Detail-oriented QA/QC Engineer role focused on civil construction quality, inspections, and compliance with project requirements and UAE regulations.

Quality assurance and inspections
- Implement and monitor quality assurance and quality control procedures for civil construction activities.
- Inspect work against approved drawings, project specifications, and applicable standards.
- Prepare inspection requests and coordinate consultant inspections and approvals.
- Inspect concrete, blockwork, plastering, waterproofing, and other civil works.
Reports, records, and corrective actions
- Raise and follow up non-conformance reports and ensure corrective and preventive actions are implemented.
- Coordinate and close site observation reports raised by consultants, clients, or internal quality teams.
- Prepare and maintain ITPs, inspection checklists, method statements, and quality records.
- Verify rectification work and close inspection requests, non-conformance reports, and site observation reports.
- Maintain inspection records, material approvals, test reports, and other quality documentation.
Qualifications and experience
- B.Tech/Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- At least 2 years of UAE experience in civil construction QA/QC.
- Practical experience preparing, submitting, tracking, and closing IRs, NCRs, and SORs.
- Good knowledge of civil construction procedures, inspection processes, and quality standards.
Technical and communication skills
- Familiarity with approved drawings, project specifications, ITPs, method statements, and quality documentation.
- Good communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with consultants, subcontractors, and site teams.
