HSE Officer position at Watersal Insulation Mat. Cont. Co. LLC in Sharjah, UAE.
Work location is in person.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and site safety standards.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and identify potential hazards.
- Ensure compliance with applicable health and safety regulations.
- Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions, and awareness programs.
- Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses and prepare reports.
- Maintain HSE documentation, records, and reports.
- Monitor the use of PPE and safe working practices.
- Coordinate with site teams to address safety observations and corrective actions.
- Promote a strong safety culture across the workplace.
Requirements
- 4-5 years of relevant HSE experience.
- UAE driving license is mandatory.
- NEBOSH certification is mandatory.
- Relevant HSE/Safety qualification preferred.
- Strong knowledge of workplace health and safety practices.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Candidates available for immediate joining are preferred.
